2. The service
ViralHook AI provides creative hook templates, content suggestions, saved projects and, where available in your plan and enabled, AI-assisted generation. Free and paid features and usage limits are described on the pricing page and in your account. Outputs may be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other content. Review results before publishing. We do not guarantee views, virality, revenue or business results.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information and protect your login. You are responsible for the inputs you submit and must have the rights to use them. Do not submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attack the service, bypass usage limits, share access for resale or use abusive automated requests. We may restrict access to address abuse or security risks, subject to applicable law.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Creator Pro is 7.99 EUR per month and Business is 19.99 EUR per month. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Stripe processes payments. The final amount, any applicable taxes and the recurring payment terms must be displayed in Stripe Checkout before you confirm payment. No paid subscription is created merely by registering a free account. Any future price change will be communicated before it applies to a renewal, with the option to cancel.
5. Cancellation and billing questions
You can manage cancellation in the billing portal linked from your account when available. If you cannot access it, email kontakt@viralhookai.com from your registered address and identify your account and requested cancellation. Cancellation of renewal does not by itself refund a completed payment. Access and the effective end date are shown in your billing account or confirmed by support. A cancelled subscription should not renew after its effective cancellation date.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
For a duplicate or disputed charge, an unavailable paid service or a refund request, contact support with your account email and invoice reference. Requests are assessed based on the circumstances and mandatory consumer law. These terms do not exclude applicable withdrawal rights, rights concerning defective digital services or any other statutory remedy. Any consent required to begin a digital service during a withdrawal period, and any acknowledgement affecting withdrawal rights, must be obtained separately where required.
7. Your content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in inputs and saved projects. You permit the processing needed to provide the requested tools, storage and support. Rights in generated output depend on applicable law and third-party rights; we do not warrant uniqueness or exclusive ownership of output. ViralHook AI retains rights in its software, branding and interface.
8. Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, hosting, connectivity and third-party providers can affect availability. You are responsible for checking generated content and keeping a separate copy of important projects. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Privacy and disputes
Our Privacy Policy explains how account and service information is processed. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern. The laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina apply to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes. Material changes affecting your subscription will be communicated through the site or your account email where appropriate. Contact: kontakt@viralhookai.com.
