Information we process
We process account details such as your email address, display name, password hash, email verification and account status. If you use Studio, we process the prompts, project content and profile information you choose to save. Subscription records include your plan, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status and invoice amounts. Card information is entered on Stripe's payment pages, not in our account registration form.
Why we use information
We use information to provide accounts and creative tools, save projects, provide support, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Processing necessary to provide a requested service supports our contractual relationship. Security and limited aggregate service analytics support our legitimate operational interests, subject to applicable law and your rights. Where consent is required for optional processing, it must be obtained separately.
Analytics and cookies
Our first-party analytics record aggregate page views, dates, page paths, device categories and traffic-source categories. A country is shown only when the server provides a trusted country signal; otherwise it is marked unknown. Session estimates use a temporary browser identifier and do not establish a count of individual people. Logged-in administrator visits are excluded from new analytics. Cookies and browser storage may also support login, security, language choice and essential site operation. Your browser lets you manage cookies and local storage; disabling them may affect account features.
Service providers
We use Hostinger for WordPress hosting and Stripe for payment processing. When a connected AI feature is used, the prompt and information needed to generate its result are sent to the enabled model provider; the site currently includes a Google Gemini integration. Do not submit confidential information, payment data or sensitive personal information in prompts. Provider processing can involve locations outside your country and is subject to the provider's applicable data-protection terms and transfer safeguards. We do not sell account data.
Retention and security
Account and saved-project data are kept while needed to operate your account and provide the requested service. After a deletion request, data no longer needed are removed, except records that must remain for legal, accounting, security or dispute-handling purposes. Retention depends on the type of record, applicable requirements and any unresolved issue. Backup copies may remain until replaced through the hosting backup cycle and are not used as an active account. Passwords are stored as hashes, and access to administrative and subscription information is restricted.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information and, where applicable, restriction or objection to processing and withdrawal of consent. Contact kontakt@viralhookai.com using the email associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before acting. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina or an authority available under applicable law.
Age and updates
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the site or account contact details where appropriate.
